L.V. Switchboard and Control System Design
and Manufacturing.

This covers a broad range of work from small distribution boards to large power distribution systems. Switchboard design and manufacturing are to Australian Standards and are tailored to customer requirements. Our manufacturing team can offer a large range of board designs, including non type-tested to fully type-testes, special purpose, or modular contruction, and can conform to a Form-1 to Form-4 type of segregation or any combination up to 70kA fault currents.
  
Designs can include a number of main switchboards bus-tied together with auxiliary power plants and automatic changover switch systems, or it might be alterations or additions to existing switchboards. 
  
D.W. Controls uses the same design criteria for the design and manufacturing of the following equipment... 

• Power Factor - Control Boards.

Automatic control and switching of condeser banks and reactors. 
• MCC.

Motor Control Cubicles which may include soft starters, VF drives, and PLC controls. 
• Air Conditioning & Mechanical Control Boards
  Control Boards with in-built temperature control systems, and PLC controlled.
